The Data controller is Futura Componenti Srl in the person of its personal representative. You may contact this latter to enforce your rights under articles 15, 16, 17, 18, 20, 21, 77 of Reg. 2016/679. Such rights may also be enforced vis-à-vis the Data Protection Officer, if this latter has been appointed by the Controller. The exercise of the above rights is subject to the limitations, rules and procedures laid down in the indicated Regulation, which you are bound to known and implement. In compliance with the provisions of article 12 (3), moreover, the Controller shall provide information to the data subject on action taken without undue delay and in any event within one month of receipt of the request. That period may be extended by two further months where necessary, taking into account the complexity and number of the requests. The controller shall inform the data subject of any such extension within one month of receipt of the request, together with the reasons for the delay.
